Procedure Details

Seal Integrity & Damage Reporting

Unopened products with intact factory security seals are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a warehouse quality inspection before processing.

Transit-damaged containers qualify for immediate replacement upon unboxing verification. Refunds are processed directly to the original payment account after successful inspection.
